TERMS OF SALES

 

Reservations:

The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the price of the stay with a minimum of three nights.

The balance is to be paid in cash on the day of arrival.

 

Cancellation:

Any cancellation or modification by the customer must be notified by email and addressed to contact@chanducoeurluberon.com.

This request will be effective only when Le Chant du Coeur has confirmed your acceptance by email.

We invite you to take out cancellation insurance.

 

In case of cancellation:

• ​If the cancellation is made more than 15 days before the arrival date, the deposit paid at the time of booking will be refunded, less any bank charges.

• If the cancellation is made between 7 and 15 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be retained by Chant du Coeur.

• If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the arrival date, the full amount of the stay is due.

• In case of shortened stay or no show, the full amount of the stay is due.

Prices:

Rates include VAT, tourist tax, parking, access to the pool and breakfast.

Periods:

Low Season: April-May-October

High season: June-July-August-September

 

Arrival and departure times:

Arrival: between 16.00 and 19.00

Departure: no later than 11.00

 

Outside of these hours, we do not guarantee our presence in order to preserve our family life.

We can not receive you after 19.00 unless expressly agreed at the time of booking.
